Making process
Create wooden mould and place plastic model in the middle adding a plastic cup to create a pouring whole.
After the plaster is dry, the plastic model was removed. When removing it caused some chipping on the edges.
Applied P-38 on the edges and drilled holes acting as keys to lock the two piece model in place.
Animal fat, applied on the plaster in order to be able to pour another layer of plaster on top with out it sticking.
Poured second layer of plaster and waiting to dry.
Ready to pour clay in. Leave for 5 minutes and pour out remaining clay.
Model ready to remove from mould.Left to dry completly before baking,
